We generally deliver depot to depot, but Door to Door delivery is possible depending on the location, many residential streets are inaccessible for a semi-trailer due to overhanging trees, narrow streets, traffic islands and council restrictions. In the event we cannot access the delivery address, we either arrange with our customers to meet the truck at the nearest convenient and safe delivery point, or we can arrange for a smaller local truck to deliver to the required delivery point... extra charges may apply for a local truck.
We hold all appropriate Insurances including Marine Transit Insurance; however we recommend customers ensure a current personal insurance policy is in place prior to booking. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
