Frequently Asked Questions

Having depots in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne we can arrange to have your vehicle picked up and delivered to just about anywhere within Australia. Whether it’s on our own truck, or one of highly trusted and preferred industry carriers, you can be assured your vehicle is being transported with the utmost care and professionalism.

Please note: We do not currently service Western Australia

Yes. We can arrange depot to depot or Door to Door deliveries. Depending on the locations, some residential streets are inaccessible for our trucks due to overhanging trees, narrow streets, traffic islands and council restrictions. In the event we cannot access the delivery address, we make alternative arrangements such as meeting the truck at the nearest convenient and safe collection/delivery location or arranging for a smaller local truck to collect/deliver from/to the required address. Extra charges may apply for a local truck if not arranged at time of booking.

All vehicles we transport are treated with the upmost care. We take as many precautions as possible to prevent any damages to your vehicle whilst in transit, and although we hold all appropriate insurances, we highly recommend our customers have their own current insurance policy for their vehicle. Yes, you may leave personal items in your vehicle. We ask that they be secured, not obstruct the driver from safe loading & unloading. Any items over 80kgs must be removed from the vehicle. Please note that Any items left are the owner’s responsibility and are not covered under our insurance for any damages that may occur during transit. *No Dangerous or Flammable goods are to be stored in the vehicle.

Yes, we require that you or a representative be present upon collection and delivery to hand over the keys and sign the vehicle inspection report. If this is not possible, please let us know and we can discuss alternative options.

For general bookings we like to have around two weeks’ notice. The more notice you can give us, the more likely we can arrange transport for your required dates. Please give us a call to discuss any urgent transport needs.

We make it a priority to meet agreed delivery times. However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, highways closures, floods, and bushfires can affect delivery times.

If this does happen, we will advise you as soon as possible if any unexpected delays should arise.

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Visa Credit Cards
  • Bank Deposits

We do not accept cheques. Please note that Credit Card payments will incur a small surcharge.

If you need to cancel your booking or change the transport dates, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Cancellation fees may apply in some circumstances.

All quotes and final pricing are based upon us receiving the correct vehicle description and collection & delivery locations at the time of quoting /booking. Please let us know if the vehicle has had any modifications such as lift kits, lowered suspension, any external accessories fitted like bull bars, external steps, roof top tents, etc. If the vehicle does not match the description given, or the collection/delivery details given are incorrect, there may be extra charges.

No. We do not carry non-running or damaged vehicles.
